Adding SVG Fill Patterns (plus a pattern selector)

mostly because I wanted a faster way to preview various patterns (which we generated through this repo)

The SVG Output

Hover on the lower part of the bars for the total count, hover on the darker top part of the bars for the percentage of the count that is represented by that part of the bar
